    • DECaF has been consistently praised for its student volunteerism, organization, and professionalism. We work hard to make sure that you have the best possible experience at this event!
    • The Jacobs School of Engineering has been consistently ranked 11th nationally by U.S. News & World Report.
    • Five of our engineering programs are ranked in the top 20 nationwide. Most notably, UCSD's Department of Bioengineering is ranked 2nd in the country. We have recently added a sixth department, Nanoengineering.
    • The DECaF committee works closely with over 20 engineering student societies at UCSD to organize and advertise this event. There are 5,000 undergraduate and graduate engineering students at the Jacobs School, making up approximately one-fourth of the campus population.
    • All proceeds go directly to student organizations to fund projects, competitions, and outreach.
    • For the past three years, DECaF has had over 70 companies participate each year, and student attendance has consistently numbered over 1,500.
