What Is Enspire

Enspire is an event that TESC’s Spark hosts every year during Winter quarter. We invite middle schoolers from local San Diego middle schools to come to UCSD. These students come to be inspired and learn about engineering and what it has to offer.  Throughout the day, students will be able to experience a taste of college life, interact with various engineering clubs, and take part in an engineering activity.  This past year students created a tweenbot, which is a mini robot.  Overall, the event has been a success in accomplishing our goal of giving back to the San Diego Community and motivating young minds with engineering.

If you have questions about ENSPIRE, please email both coordinators at the following emails: susmitha@tesc.ucsd.edu and taylor@tesc.ucsd.edu.
